Crown Club Subscription & Cancellation Policy

Crown Club memberships are parent-led digital memberships offered by Riley's Way. At this initial launch, Riley's Way and Crown Club sales, checkout, and app enrollment are open to customers and parent-led families in the 50 United States and the District of Columbia while broader availability is prepared.

Before purchase, the product page, cart, and checkout-related notices must disclose the selected plan, number of child profiles, price, billing frequency, automatic-renewal status, renewal amount, promotional term if any, cancellation method, no-refund-on-ordinary-cancellation treatment, taxes, and U.S.-only eligibility.

Plans:

  • Individual Monthly: $15/month for 1 child.
  • Individual 6-Month: $85 for 6 months for 1 child.
  • Individual Annual: $165/year for 1 child.
  • Family Monthly: $35/month for up to 3 children.
  • Family 6-Month: $199 for 6 months for up to 3 children.
  • Family Annual: $385/year for up to 3 children.
  • Founding Individual Annual: $150/year for 1 child. This launch offer is limited to the first 50 Founding Individual families beginning August 1, 2026 while founding inventory remains available. It renews automatically once each year at $150/year while the founding subscription remains active unless cancelled before the next billing date.
  • Founding Family Annual: $350/year for up to 3 children. This launch offer is limited to the first 50 Founding Family families beginning August 1, 2026 while founding inventory remains available. It renews automatically once each year at $350/year while the founding subscription remains active unless cancelled before the next billing date.
  • Starter Preview: Free adult parent demonstration. It does not require payment information, does not automatically convert to paid, and does not create or activate a real child profile.

Billing:

Paid memberships renew automatically based on the selected plan unless canceled before the next billing date. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. A promotional first term, if offered, must disclose the normal renewal price and whether the discount applies only to the first term.

Founding annual discounts are not limited to the first term; each founding annual offer renews at its founding annual price while that founding subscription remains active.

Recurring-charge authorization must be express and informed. Riley's Way does not use a preselected recurring-charge checkbox.

Family access:

Family plans include access for up to 3 children connected to the parent account.

Rewards:

Monthly members can earn one age-matched digital reward each monthly billing cycle starting on the purchase date.

6-month members can earn sticker and coloring rewards plus up to 5% and up to 10% parent product discount milestones each six-month reward cycle starting on the purchase date.

Annual members can earn sticker and coloring rewards plus up to 10% and up to 15% parent product discount milestones each six-month reward cycle starting on the purchase date.

Reward cycles and point expirations start on the membership purchase date, even if the app account is created or opened later.

Parent product discounts apply to eligible product purchases in the Crown Club Shop or on the Riley's Way website. They do not apply to membership or subscription charges unless Riley's Way states otherwise.

Cancellation:

Parents may cancel future renewals online through their account settings or the subscription portal. Cancellation does not require a phone call or live representative. Cancellation stops future billing and confirms the access end date. Ordinary subscription cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current or past paid term, except where required by law or where Riley's Way verifies a billing error, duplicate charge, fraud issue, chargeback correction, or other account correction.

Access after cancellation:

When a paid membership is canceled, access generally remains available until the end of the current paid billing period unless a safety issue, fraud issue, chargeback, account misuse, or legal requirement requires earlier restriction.

Refunds:

Ordinary subscription cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current or past paid term, except where required by law or where Riley's Way verifies a billing error, duplicate charge, fraud issue, chargeback correction, or other account correction.

Parent account responsibility:

A parent or legal guardian is responsible for managing child profiles, membership settings, and account access.
