Crown Club Subscription & Cancellation Policy
Crown Club memberships are parent-led digital memberships offered by Riley’s Way.
Plans:
- Individual Monthly: $15/month for 1 child.
- Individual 6-Month: $85 for 6 months for 1 child.
- Individual Annual: $165/year for 1 child.
- Family Monthly: $35/month for up to 3 children.
- Family 6-Month: $199 for 6 months for up to 3 children.
- Family Annual: $385/year for up to 3 children.
- Starter Preview: Free.
Billing:
Paid memberships renew automatically based on the selected plan unless canceled before the next billing date.
Family access:
Family plans include access for up to 3 children connected to the parent account.
Rewards:
Monthly members can earn sticker and coloring rewards only. 6-month members can earn sticker and coloring rewards plus one 10% parent product discount each six-month reward cycle. Annual members can earn sticker and coloring rewards plus one 15% parent product discount each six-month reward cycle.
Parent product discounts apply to eligible product purchases in the Crown Club Shop or on the Riley's Way website. They do not apply to membership or subscription charges unless Riley's Way states otherwise.
Cancellation:
Parents may cancel future renewals from their account settings or by contacting Riley’s Way support through the contact page. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund past charges unless required by law or approved by Riley’s Way.
Access after cancellation:
When a paid membership is canceled, access may remain available until the end of the current paid billing period.
Refunds:
Digital membership fees are generally non-refundable after access begins, except where required by law or when Riley’s Way determines that a billing error occurred.
Parent account responsibility:
A parent or legal guardian is responsible for managing child profiles, membership settings, and account access.
