Crown Club Membership FAQ
Membership questions
Clear answers before joining Crown Club.
Compare free, monthly, 6-month, and annual access for Riley's Way Crown Club, including parent-led account notes.
What is free?
Parent Starter Preview is an adult parent demonstration with sample age-group screens, generic rewards, generic routines, and synthetic preview content. It does not create or activate a real child profile.
What does Crown Club add?
Crown Club adds daily member Fresh Drops, care routines, rewards, workshop-style content when scheduled, and age-group confidence support.
Should families choose monthly, 6-month, or annual?
Monthly is best for families who want a low-risk start: $15/month for 1 child or $35/month for up to 3 children, with one age-matched digital reward per monthly billing cycle. 6-month is the middle path at $85 for 1 child or $199 for up to 3 children, with sticker and coloring rewards plus up to 5% and up to 10% parent product discount milestones each six-month reward cycle. Annual is best for families ready for the full-year rhythm: $165/year for 1 child or $385/year for up to 3 children, with sticker and coloring rewards plus up to 10% and up to 15% parent product discount milestones each six-month reward cycle. Reward cycles and point expirations start on the membership purchase date, even if the app account is created or opened later. Parent product discounts apply to eligible product purchases in the Crown Club Shop or on the Riley's Way website, not membership or subscription charges unless Riley's Way states otherwise.
Are there founding annual launch offers?
Yes. Crown Club Founding Individual Annual is $150/year for 1 child and is limited to the first 50 Founding Individual families. Crown Club Founding Family Annual is $350/year for up to 3 children and is limited to the first 50 Founding Family families. Both launch offers are available beginning August 1, 2026 while founding inventory remains available, renew automatically once each year at the founding price while the subscription remains active unless cancelled before the next billing date, and keep the founding discount beyond the first term while the subscription remains active.
Do teens need parent involvement?
Yes. Ages 13-16 can receive more mature reflection prompts and leadership content, but billing, account access, safety settings, consent, and support stay parent-controlled.
What about ages 10-12?
The 10-12 path gives more independence than the youngest path, while keeping parent oversight strong because children under 13 need parent consent and careful privacy protections.
Is this therapy or medical hair care?
No. Riley's Way is educational and supportive. It is not therapy, medical care, legal advice, or a substitute for professional guidance.
